1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how Cracken uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, SDKs and similar technologies on its websites, dashboards and services. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

Cracken will provide a cookie-preferences interface that allows visitors to enable or disable different types of cookies, except for essential cookies that are required for the website or service to function properly. The currently approved analytics cookie system is Google Analytics.

Essential cookies — always active

Essential cookies are required for the website and service to function properly. They support session management, authentication, security, fraud and abuse prevention, consent recording, load balancing and basic site functionality. They cannot be disabled through Cracken's consent tool because the website or service may not work without them.

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help Cracken understand how visitors interact with the website by collecting and reporting information. Cracken uses Google Analytics for website analytics where analytics cookies are enabled or otherwise lawful. Analytics information may include pages viewed, referring pages, device/browser information, approximate location and interaction events.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used to track visitors across Cracken pages for first-party campaign attribution, personalized advertising within Cracken-controlled channels, retargeting and conversion tracking. Cracken uses RB2B, a third-party visitor-identification provider, in the marketing category. Where marketing cookies are accepted, RB2B may identify individual visitors from United States traffic and provide Cracken with a name, professional email address and employer. RB2B loads only after you grant marketing consent, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Withdraw consent in Cookie Preferences and it will not load on your next page view. If Cracken adds further third-party marketing providers, this Cookie Policy and the Sub-processor / service-provider disclosures must be updated before or at the time those providers are enabled.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies enable enhanced features such as support-ticketing or feedback widgets, video players and personalized preferences to improve the user experience. Cracken's current support ticketing portal is https://crackenai.featurebase.app/. Some functional tools may be disabled if the user rejects this category.

4. Why Cracken uses cookies

Cracken uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep users signed in and protect accounts;
  • remember cookie choices and preferences;
  • operate checkout and subscriptions;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, bots and unauthorized access;
  • support export/sanctions and location-based compliance controls;
  • understand website and product usage through Google Analytics;
  • improve performance, reliability and onboarding;
  • measure campaigns and conversions;
  • personalize communications and user experience where lawful.

Where required by law, Cracken will ask for consent before setting non-essential analytics, marketing or functional cookies. Users can accept, reject or change choices through the cookie banner or cookie-preferences interface.

Browser settings may also allow users to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, subscription management, dashboard access or security features from working.

6. Preference signals

Cracken will honor legally required opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Cracken does not load RB2B, the third-party visitor-identification provider listed in the cookie and technology table below.

7. Export/sanctions and abuse-prevention signals

Cracken may use essential cookies, security cookies, IP address, browser/device signals, session identifiers and similar technologies to support fraud prevention, security, abuse detection and export/sanctions compliance. Cracken's self-serve export/sanctions baseline restricts access from, for the benefit of, or in connection with: Russia; Belarus; Cuba; Iran; North Korea / DPRK; Syria; Crimea / Sevastopol / occupied or non-government-controlled Ukrainian territories, including Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia areas; and any other restricted party, end use, sector, transaction or territory under applicable EAR, ITAR, OFAC, EU, UK, UN or similar rules.

This table is the authoritative list of the cookies and third-party technologies that run on Cracken's website. The Privacy Policy and the Sub-processor List refer to this table instead of repeating provider names, so a new provider is disclosed by adding one row here.
