Authorization checklist

What you settle with your client before the first Operation runs.

  1. 01 — Scope

    The hosts, IPs, domains and apps your client agrees to. Trusted Targets cap what the agent may touch alone.

  2. 02 — Approval mode

    Manual, Semi or Auto. Agreed before it starts, held by the analyst in that client's Realm.

  3. 03 — Evidence

    Tool output goes on the record as Artifacts, inside that client's Realm.

  4. 04 — Who signs

    You and your client sign the authorization. Cracken is not a party to it: your client authorizes you, and you run the Operation.

The authorization letter and rules of engagement are with counsel, and reach every partner by 30 September 2026. Redline the outline while it can still change.

Joining

Free. No certification quota, no minimum commitment.

Deal registration

Register the account by name before the first Operation. Yours for 90 days, renewed while the deal moves. The confirmation email is the record.

Selling direct

We do not sell into an account you have registered. Inbound from it comes back to you.

What you keep

On delivery: buy credits at the published rate, bill the engagement, keep the spread. On resale your buy price is the quote. No partner tier, no volume table.

Demo environment

150 credits on our infrastructure from the day you join. One medium pentest against your own estate.

Support

One business day to a reply, from Damien, Oleksii or Artem. Your first client engagement is reviewed with you before the report leaves your hands.

Stopping a run

You stop it yourself. Pause holds the agent before its next action, Interrupt stops the one already running, and both carry down the tree. The analyst in that client's Realm holds them at any hour, without a ticket. We do not staff a 24/7 line and will not claim one.
